I vacuum only once every 2 weeks thoroughly and then mop but sweep down the main parts at other times.
I think my favorite thing(s) about October has to be the crisp fall air, the beautiful colors as the leaves turn, and making more comfort foods like casseroles and hearty veggie soups
Mmmm… SOUP. What’s your favorite?
I have a terrible time when the weather changes for the seasons. I’m almost bed riddin at these times. my joints hurts every muscle in my body screams in pain..What can I do to make this better. I don’t do rain very well either…I just started paxil for the winter because I have too. Without it I don’t do well in the winter time…Me and my husband have FIBRO. And I have to take care of us both. Everything is on my shoulders.
I’m sorry things are so rough for you right now. It sounds like you’re responsible for a lot in your household, and I hope that some of the resources on this site can help ease your burden a little. My biggest suggestion is to be kind to yourself – whatever that means in your life. For instance, if your joints ache in the changing weather, perhaps some gentle self-massage can help: delicately tap and rub the areas around your elbows, hips, and anywhere else that gives you pain. Treat yourself to a steaming cup of tea while thinking about something about the autumn that makes you happy. Talk to your husband about ways you can both contribute to the household responsibilities. Perhaps some of the tips on this site will help you both identify some ways of making daily life a little easier. Best of luck to you both.
