The World So Wide

Well, let’s face it: sometimes we have to leave the house. And sometimes that’s exciting (parties! friends! yay!) and sometimes it’s not (medical appointments! parent-teacher conferences! boo!). Similarly, sometimes people come to see you, maybe to bring you roses or maybe to empty the septic tank. But no matter what, we might as well make the best of it, right?

In this section we’ll discuss everything from checking out at the grocery store to checking into a swanky hotel overseas – and everything in between. For now, we’ll start with entertaining and traveling – both of which can involve family, friends, and perfect strangers.
